Madness, Hope and a Vin Clair of Champagne

That curious crossroads that is life, serves a bit of madness, much hope and a certain amount of luck, practically as when you choose a vin clair to make champagne.

And all day that I am thinking of the heritage that i could leave in this life.

It is not still madness and even I am thinking here of the death but simply, I am trying to pull the sums of what I have done so far.

Will the month of November, that always hate it because it is like the limbo..not clear not dark it but is there to tell you that the days shorten; it seems is always dark and if you want to get the frenzy december for Christmas you need to force pass from there.. and November it enjoys.

Or maybe it is that in this autumn I see everything a little darker than usual, and still cannot find the energy for press finally the reset button.

Love and hatred are moving the world, sometimes in ways totally incomprehensible, but are inseparable, even if not necessarily if you lose one find the other.

Make the point on the life lived 47 years give me somethingh to think about, and makes me know not to be completely in equilibrium, but puts me in front of the world with a look raw and acid as a vin clair of Champagne.

A few years ago, with Bruno Paillard in person, I attended at Vinitaly to a tasting for the chosen few (12) of its vin clair and it was strange.

I had already tested in previous years with Contadi Castaldi at various stages of the game of the cuvée but this time it was different.

Taste a vin Clair is an experience complex and rather rare, because unless you produce a classic method sparkling wine (Altalanga, Franciacorta, Trento, Champagne, etc..), hardly the taste and probably even less you can understand, why is straight, dry, with a strong acidity.

The Vin Clair is an opportunity, a look toward the future that will be hoping to have been good in the choice.

It is the hope of what may be combined with the experience and a bit of good fortune, makes us fantasize about the potential that will develop transform by Caterpillar in butterfly thanks to the addition of yeast and a little sugar.

And a nice day, opening this bottle we will discover if will be magnitude or useless and sparkling alcoholic beverage.

The Vin clair you can find review in the eyes, in himself and in the energy of our children.

We can only hope that they were good in him the bases to amaze the world with their magnificence, and if then the world will be unaware of their, we still us the good fortune to be able to enjoy what will become.

Regardless of what will I do in my future I have the good fortune to have a heritage that is sharpening very well…
